摘要
学生作为大学治理的主体之一,他们在大学中所处的位置及其行为模式对大学治理的成效有着重要影响。基于生态位理论分析学生在大学治理中的现实处境和行动机理,发现存在着生态位定位模糊“、态”的欠缺“、势”的弱化三个特征。为更好地发挥学生参与治理的作用,高校可以通过分化与扩充路径,从参与层次、范围上明确学生的生态位,协调各主体的关系、加大资源供给来增强学生参与治理的能力。
As one of the subjects of university governance,students’position in universities and their behavior patterns have an important impact on the effectiveness of university governance.The use of the niche theory is to analyze the realistic situation and action mechanism of university governance,and finds that the ecological position is fuzzy,state is lack,and potential is lack.In order to play a role in the students’participation governance,universities use the path of classification and expansion to clear students’niche from participation level and scope,coordinates the relation of all subjects,increases the supply of resources to cultivate participation ability.
