摘要
通过微波对食用菌栽培用固体物料杀菌条件和机理的研究,表明微波对食用菌栽培用固体物料有着显著的杀菌作用,并能达到完全杀菌的目的;微波杀菌效果与杀菌时间和物料温度之间有相关关系,微波杀菌中存在着热效应和非热效应。
Microwave may be used in the disinfection for solid media of edible fungi. The conditions and mechanism of it are studied. The results show, microwave has efficiently function of disinfection on the solid media of edible fungi and complete disinfectional effect can be achieved. The disinfectional results of microwave is related with the disinfectional time and the temperature of the solid media. There are thermal effect and non-thermal effect during the disinfection for solid media through with microwave.
