摘要
检测WBY-1型微波牙科手机消毒器消毒效果表明,微波与0.10%增效剂协同作用1分钟,可将大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌与白色念珠菌完全杀灭,并将HBsAg抗原性破坏。对类炭疽杆菌芽胞可杀灭99.99%。经医院试用,可杀灭手机表面自然菌99.31%~99.87%,并将HBsAg抗原性破坏。该消毒法对手机无损坏作用。
In order to
improve the method for disinfection of dental handpiece,WBY-1 typemicrowave dental
handpiece disinfector was developed.The power of the disinfector is 200 Wand the frequency of
microwave is 2450 ± 50 MHz. The results of carrier quantitativedisinfection test in laboratory
indicated that exposure to synergetic action of microwave and0.1%synergist solution(mainly
containing quaternary ammonium salt)for 1 min could kill99.99 % of spores of Bacillus
anthracoides,completely kill Escherichia coli,Pseudomonasaeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus
and Candida albicans,and destroy HBsAg antigenicity.Thesynergetic germicidal efficacy of the
synergist solution with microwave did not decrease afterstorage at room temperature for 1 year
or continuous use for 54 times.Corrosiveness exami-nation indicated that continuous treatment
for 100 times caused slight corrosion of brass,moderate corrosion of carbon steel and
essentially no corrosion of stainless steel.No obviouschange of the performance of the
handpiece was seen after disinfection.Trials in 5 hospitals indicated that exposure to the
svnergetic action of microwave andthe synergist solution for 1 min could kill 99.31 %~99.87%
of the natural bacteria on the sur-face of the handpiece and could also destroy HBsAg
antigenicity.
