摘要
本文报道97名长期接触苯系物的工人其神经衰弱综合征、出血倾向、心电图ST-T改变发生率显著高于对照组;白细胞数、中性粒细胞效和淋巴细胞数的均值分别低于对照组;N—LAP活性水平及其升高的发生率显著高于对照组;HDL—c、Tc、LDL—c和水平皆显著区别于对照组;TC.LDL—c与比值增高的检出率分别高于对照组。上述结果提示苯系物影响工人神经系统、血液和心血管机能,并高度提示苯系作业工人患冠心病的危险增高。
Ninety-seven workers occupationally exposed to Benzene series compounds were studied. Another 136 workers without exposure to Benzene and its Derivatives were studied as controls. The results showed that the incidence of neurasthenia syndrome, bleeding tendency,and ECG ST-T changes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group; while white blood cell, neutrophil cell and lymphocyte counts decreased significantly as compared with those in the control group. Benzene series compounds could cause the increase of N-LAP activity. The serum lipid levels in the experimental group was significantly different from those in the control group, and the experimental group had a siqnificantly higher abnormal percentage of TC, LDL-c, and a ratio than the control. This study suggested that Benzene series compounds adversely affect the nervous system, heamatological system and cardiovascular function.Workers exposed for prolonged periods to Benzene series compornds have a higher risk of developing CHD than workers not exposed to these compounds.
