摘要
目的了解不同浓度苯接触对作业工人健康的影响。方法对泰州市7家企业作业现场空气中苯浓度进行测定,并对高浓度(>6 mg/m3)、低浓度(<6 mg/m3)和对照3组作业工人(共500人)进行职业性健康体检,其中高浓度组93人,低浓度组157人,对照组250人。结果高浓度苯作业工人组神经衰弱症状体征、白细胞下降和肝功能异常率分别为31.2%、17.2%和17.2%,均显著高于低浓度苯作业组(分别为23.6%、12.1%和15.9%)和对照组(分别为8.4%、6.8%和6.4%)(均P<0.01),而高浓度苯作业工人组出血倾向、血小板降低、红细胞降低、贫血、高血压和心电图异常率与低浓度苯作业组和对照组差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论苯对神经系统、血液系统和肝脏损害显著,而对出血倾向、心血管的影响不明显。
[ Objective] To investigate the effect of benzene exposure with different concentrations on workers health. [ Methods ] Benzene concentrations in the air of the working sites of 7 enterprises were determined ; occupational physical examination was carried out among the workers of the high concentration group (6 mg/m^3 ) , low concentration group ( lower than 6 mg/m^3 ) and the control group. [ Results ] The incidence of neurasthenic, white blood cell ( WBC ) decrease and abnormal liver function among the workers of the high concentration group (31.2%, 17.2% and 17.2% respectively) were significantly higher than that of the low concentration group (23.6%, 12.1% and 15.9% respectively ) ( P 〈 0.01) and the control group ( 8.4%, 6.8% and 6.4% respectively ) (P 〈 0.01). The incidence of hemorrhage, platelet and red blood cell (RBC) number decrease, anemia, hypertension and abnormal electrocardiogram ( ECG ) among the workers of high concentration group was not significantly different from that of the low concentration group ( P 〉 0.05 ) and the control group ( P 〉 0.05 ) . [ Conclusion ] Benzene induces severe damages on nervous system, blood system and liver, but has no significant effect on hemorrhage tendency and cardiovascular system.
