摘要
氰戊菊酯和甲苯以4:5混合时,对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞总数、FCR活性、吞噬杀菌功能及其在电镜下的形态和支气管肺泡灌洗液中的乳酸脱氨酶和酸性磷酸酶活性的毒效应上均存在明显的拮抗作用。
This Paper Presented the study on the joint toxicity of Fenvalerate (FV ) with toluene to alveolar macrophage ( PMφ) of rats.The results demonstrated that when the mixture of FV with toluene ( 4 :5 by weight ) was given. there was an obvious antagonistic effect on the toxicity to the number, activity of Fc receptor, function of phagocytosis and bacterial killing, morphology of the PMφ of rats under the electron microscoPe and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and acid phosphatase in broncho-alveolar lavage fluid.
