摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定醋酸纤维滤棒中苯系物的方法。样品以正戊烷萃取,用对溴氟苯作为内标,以DB-WAXetr柱分离,用选择离子方式检测,以标准加入法定性、内标法定量进行检测。方法在0.005~0.1μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,拟合度为0.9929~0.9995,检出限为0.010~0.025μg/g;样品的RSD≤6.1%,回收率为94.1%~96.6%。结果表明:该方法能够快速、准确地测定醋酸纤维滤棒中的苯系物。
A GC-MS method was developed for analyzing the benzene series in cellulose acetate filter rod.The method used n-pentane as extracting solvent,4-bromofluorobenzene as internal standard substance,DB-WAXetr capillary column as analysis column,SIM mode detection and standard addition method for qualitative analysis,and internal standard method for quantitative analysis.The results show this method can simply and rapidly determine benzene series in cellulose acetate filter rod with a wide linear range of 0.005-0.1 μg/mL,the standard curve fitting degrees are 0.992 9-0.999 5,the limits of detection are 0.010-0.025 μg/g,the RSD are not more than 6.1%,and the recoveries are 94.1%-96.6%.
