聚天冬氨酸在盐酸中对碳钢的缓蚀作用研究 被引量:9

摘要 用电化学阻抗谱法对聚天冬氨酸(PASP)在1mol/L盐酸中对45#碳钢的缓蚀性能进行了测试.结果表明:实验条件下PASP具有一定的缓蚀保护能力,缓蚀效率可达80.66%;实验浓度范围内与传统缓蚀剂乌洛托品的缓蚀效果相当,有望成为酸性环境的绿色缓蚀剂. The corrosion inhibition ability of green corrosion inhibitor PASP to 45~# carbon steel in HCl solution was discussed with electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) method.The results were shown:PASP has certain corrosion inhibition function to carbon steel at the experiment condition,the maximum inhibitor ratio is 80.66%;PASP and traditional corrosion inhibitor hexamethylenetetramine have the equal corrosion inhibition ratio within the scope of used concentration.
