摘要
采用电化学方法测试了质量分数为20%磷酸溶液中聚天冬氨酸(PASP)对碳钢的缓蚀性能和协同缓蚀效果,结果表明:在20℃下,缓蚀效率随PASP添加质量浓度的增加而迅速增加.当PASP质量浓度为1.0 g/L时,缓蚀率达到76.65%;当PASP与十二烷基硫酸钠各以0.25 g/L进行复配时,其缓蚀效率可达到78.66%,比单独使用时缓蚀效率明显增大,具有正协同效应.在实验体系中PASP是一种以抑制阳极为主的缓蚀剂.
By using potentiodynamic polarization method, the current study reveals the corrosion inhibition ability of polyaspartic acid(PASP) on carbon Steel in 20 % phosphoric acid solution. The results show that the inhibition efficiency of PASP increase significantly at 20℃with the increasing of PASP concentration. The inhibitor efficiency η reaches as high as 76.65 % with the PASP concentration of 1.0 g/L. In PASP-SDS system, the maximum inhibition efficiency is found to be 78.66 % when combining PASP and SDS at the same concentration of 0.25 g/L; which indicates a positive synergistic effect. This work also proves that the anode inhibition reaction contributes most to the inhibitive effect of PASP.
