摘要
以尿素和马来酸酐为原料合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP),最佳反应条件为马来酸酐与尿素摩尔比为1∶0.7,反应温度为200℃,反应时间3 h,催化剂为1∶1硫磷混酸,马来酸酐与催化剂质量比为1∶0.15,PASP的分子量可以达到13 000左右,与ATMPS进行配合使用,总质量浓度在15 mg/L情况下,20#钢的腐蚀率可以达到0.055 mm/a。
The molecular-weight of the poly-aspartic acid which is synthesized with urea and maleic anhydride can reach about 13 000, the best conditions of reaction as follows: the mole ratio of maleic anhydride to urea is 1 : 0.7 ; reaction temperature is 200 ℃ ; reaction time is 3 h ; catalyst is the mixed acid of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid which ratio is 1 : 1, the mass ratio of maleic anhydride to the catalyst is 1:0. 15. By means of this product associated with ATMPS, when the total quality concentration is 15 mg/L, the corrosion rate of 20^# steel can achieve the status of 0. 055 mm/a.
