摘要
异化和归化作为两种翻译方法历来是翻译界争论的焦点之一。本文从读者的接受能力，翻译方法论的发展，以及文化融合潮流来分析，认为异化翻译乃大势所趋，但同时人们不能排斥归化翻译，其必要性不可低估，译者要掌握好尺度，在异化和归化之间求得最佳的平衡点。
Foreignizing and
domesticating are seen as two main translation strategies, which have long been a heated topic
for debate. Analysing from the perspective of reader's acception ability, the development of
translation techniques, and the presence of cultural blending, this paper holds that foreignizing in
translation will be an unavoidable trend, whereas at the same time the necessity of domesticating
cannot be undervalued. What is left for a translator to do is to exert his utmost to achieve a
balance between the two.
