摘要
为探究大豆原油储藏过程中的品质变化规律,找到监测其品质变化的敏感指标,从而科学合理指导大豆原油的储存和适时轮换,以实罐储藏的大豆原油为例,通过14个月的品质监测,探究其变化规律,结果显示变化最大的指标是过氧化值,酸值、水分、杂质、相对密度、气味滋味等指标变化均不明显,建议将过氧化值作为监测大豆原油品质变化的敏感指标,气味滋味直观指标作为参考指标。
To explore the quality change rule of crude soybean oil during storage and find sensitive indicators on the quality change,then guiding soybean oil storage and timely rotation scientifically and reasonably,this paper take crude soybean oil for example,explore quality change rules by monitoring quality of crude soybean oil for 14 months,the result showed peroxide value changes most significantly,changes of acid value,moisture,impurities,relative density and smell taste were not obvious.We suggested that taking peroxide value as a monitoring sensitive index of monitoring quality changes of soybean crude oil,smell taste of intuitive index as a reference index.
