分析了水分、时间、温度及油脂中杂质等因素对油脂品质的影响,并提出了有效保护油脂品质的储存措施。
The effect of moisture, time, temperture and impurity on the quality of vegetable oil are analyzed. The measures to protect its quality in storage are suggested.
