摘要
目的探讨中药外治湿疹的用药规律。方法通过检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Clinical Trials、中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文期刊服务平台(VIP)、万方数据知识服务平台(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)从建库至2019年1月1日的关于中药外治湿疹的文献,收集文献记载的方剂,运用Microsoft Excel WPS建立数据库,并对高频中药(频次≥20次)的频次、性味归经、外用功效做分类统计分析;采用Rstudio 1.2.5042软件Apriori算法对高频中药(频次≥20次)进行关联规则分析。结果纳入符合标准的文献450篇,共482首方剂,涉及260味中药,以苦参最常见;高频中药40味,药性以寒、微寒、凉为主,药味以苦、微苦居多,归经以肝经最多,外用功效分类以清热药为首。关联规则分析得出,苦参、黄柏、蛇床子、地肤子、白鲜皮构成了外治湿疹的基本用药组合(支持度=0.1282),强关联规则显示苦参是外治湿疹组方配伍的核心中药。结论通过数据挖掘中药外治湿疹的用药规律,在一定程度上为临床用药提供思路、指导,为新药研发提供依据。
Objective To study the medication laws of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the external treatment of eczema.Methods By searching PubMed,Cochrane Library,Clinical Trials,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data and SinoMed from establishing to January 1 st,2019 about the literature of TCM in the external treatment of eczema,we collected the prescriptions recorded in the literature and then established corresponding database by using Microsoft Excel WPS.Statistical analysis was made for the classification of the frequency,properties,tastes,meridians entries and external efficacy of high-frequency TCM(frequency≥20).The Apriori algorithm of Rstudio 1.2.5042 software was used to analyze the association rules of high-frequency TCM(frequency≥20).Results A total of 450 articles,482 prescriptions and 260 TCM were included,Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis)with the highest frequency.There were 40 kinds of high-frequency TCM.The properties were mainly cold,slightly cold and cool.The tastes were mostly bitter and slightly bitter.The liver meridian was the most important part of the meridian entries,and the heat-clearing drugs were the most important.Association rules analysis showed that Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis),Huangbai(Cortex Phellodendri),Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii),Difuzi(Belvedere Fruit)and Baixianpi(Cortex Dictamni)constituted the basic combination of external treatment for eczema(support=0.1282),and the strong association rules showed that Kushen(Radix Sophorae Flavescentis)was the core of TCM in the external treatment of eczema.Conclusion Data mining is used to explore the medication laws of TCM in the external treatment of eczema,so as to provide ideas and guidance for clinical medication to a certain extent and provide basis for the research and development of new drugs.
