摘要
为提高雨生红球藻生物量和油脂产率,将浓度分别为1×107个/m L和1. 36×107个/m L的雨生红球藻与淡紫拟青霉TD16以不同比例混合培养,确定5∶1为最佳藻菌接种体积比。雨生红球藻与淡紫拟青霉TD16混合培养与雨生红球藻单独培养相比:生物量(0. 92 g/L)和平均生长速率(62. 30 mg/(L·d))分别提高24. 32%和31. 66%,倍增时间由4. 26 d缩短至3. 24 d;油脂产率(184. 91 mg/L)和平均合成速率(13. 21 mg/(L·d))分别提高45. 59%和45. 64%,脂肪酸组成中C16∶0和C18∶1分别上升20. 56%和19. 27%;最高叶绿素a和虾青素质量浓度达到3. 89 mg/L和4. 37 mg/L,分别提高20. 81%和35. 71%。说明淡紫拟青霉TD16与雨生红球藻混合培养能够促进雨生红球藻的生长,提高油脂产率。
In order to improve the biomass and lipid productivity of Haematococcus pluvialis,the H.pluvialis with the concentration of 1×107 cells/m L and Paecilomyces lilacinus TD16 with the concentration of1.36×107 cells/m L were mixed and cultured in different proportions,and the optimal inoculation volume ratio was 5∶1.Compared with individual culture,H.pluvialis in mixed culture:the biomass(0.92 g/L)and average growth rate(62.30 mg/(L·d))increased by 24.32%and 31.66%respectively,while doubling time shortened from 4.26 d to 3.24 d;lipid productivity(184.91 mg/L)and the average lipid synthesis rate(13.21 mg/(L·d))increased by 45.59%and 45.64%respectively,C16∶0 and C18∶1 contents increased by 20.56%and 19.27%,respectively;the highest mass concentrations of chlorophyll a(3.89 mg/L)and astaxanthin(4.37 mg/L)increased by 20.81%and 35.71%respectively.These results demonstrated that the mixed culture of P.lilacinus TD16 and H.pluvialis could promote the cell growth and lipid synthesis.
