摘要
通过对小儿支原体肺炎中医证候研究的相关文献资料进行检索与分析,从疾病进展、病程、发热及咳嗽程度、中医舌脉指纹以及西医学指标变化等方面,阐述了小儿支原体肺炎的中医证候演变规律,有利于早期预测本病发展的趋势,为中医药临床辨证论治小儿支原体肺炎提供客观依据,以期促进临床诊疗水平的提高。
This paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation classification as well as therapeutic method and selected formula of cough variant asthma in children,it points out the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,and puts forward the existing problems and inadequacies,aiming at providing a reference for clinical treatment and future research directions.
