摘要
目的:探讨静顺汤的临床应用规律。方法:收集2018年门诊病例中运用静顺汤的全部病案,以患者服用静顺汤前后症状对比,做出有效率分析。运用统计学原理,对患者性别、年龄、出生运气、病种、证型、症状、舌脉进行统计分析。结果:静顺汤总有效率为95.8%,就诊患者中太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉和太阴湿土司天、太阳寒水在泉之岁出生者所占比重最高,且P<0.05,具有统计学意义;治疗的疾病有20类,症状有65个,证候以寒湿阻络证多见,舌脉以舌淡暗、苔薄白、左脉沉细弱为主。结论:静顺汤适用于辰戌之岁,太阳寒水司天、太阴湿土在泉的运气特点;患者出生体质多偏寒湿,病机特点多为阳虚寒凝湿阻;静顺汤临床应用范围广泛,对于表现为寒湿阻络的多种病证临床疗效显著。
Objective: Study on the Clinical Application of Jingshun decoction. Methods: To collect all the medical records of Jingshun decoction used in outpatients in 2018, effective analysis of patients undefined symptoms before and after taking Jingshun decoction. Using statistical principle, statistical analysis was carried out on the sex, age, birth luck, disease type, syndrome type, symptom, tongue vein of the patient. Results: The total effective rate of Jingshun decoction is 94%. Among the patients, the Taiyang cold water in the sky, the Taiyin wet soil in the earth and the Taiyin wet soil in the sky, and the Tai Yang cold water in the earth of the birth of the highest proportion. There are 20 types of diseases treated and 65 symptoms. Syndrome of cold dampness obstructing collateral is more common. The tongue vein is dark, the coating is thin and white, and the left pulse is thin and weak. Conclusion : Jingshun decoction is suitable for the age of CHEN Xu, applicable to the characteristics of the luck of the Taiyang cold water in the sky and Taiyin wet soil in the earth;The patient is born with multiple cold-cold-dampness. Most of the pathogenesis is characterized by yang deficiency, cold and dampness resistance. Jingshun decoction has a wide range of clinical application, the clinical effect of cold dampness obstruction of collateral is significant.
