摘要
目的探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)联合5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)在恶性滋养细胞肿瘤中的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2018年3月间上海复旦大学附属中山医院收治的74例恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组37例。对照组患者采用5-FU化疗,观察组患者采用MTX联合5-FU化疗,均连续化疗3个周期。观察两组患者的临床治疗效果和化疗过程中不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者白细胞减少、贫血、血小板减少、恶心呕吐、腹泻和口腔溃疡发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 MTX联合5-FU治疗恶性滋养细胞肿瘤患者可提高患者临床疗效,未增加不良反应发生率,安全性良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of methotrexate(MTX)combined with 5-fluorouracil(5-FU)in malignant trophoblastic tumors.Methods A total of 74 patients with malignant trophoblastic tumors who admitted to Sun Yat-sen Hospital Affiliated to Hehai University from January 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled.These patients were randomly assigned into an observation group and a control group with 37 patients in each group by a randomized digital table.The observation group received MTX combined with 5-FU chemotherapy and the control group received 5-FU chemotherapy.Both groups received continuous chemotherapy for 3 cycles.The clinical treatment efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions during chemotherapy were observed in the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of leukopenia,anemia,thrombocytopenia,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and oral ulcers between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion MTX combined with 5-FU in the treatment of MTT can improve the clinical efficacy with good safety without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
