摘要
随着大量陌生人成为微信联系人以及用户隐私担忧的增强,越来越多的用户对社交媒体产生倦怠情绪。为了解社交媒体倦怠的原因和带来的影响,研究以微信朋友圈为例,采用问卷调查法采集一手经验数据(N=486),从社会交往压力视角出发,基于压力源-负担-结果(SSO)框架,构建社会交往压力源、社交媒体倦怠和社交媒体不持续使用意向模型。研究发现,社交过载和信息过载压力源正向影响社交媒体倦怠,而隐私关注和消极社会比较不影响社交媒体倦怠。此外,社交过载、信息过载和隐私关注(压力源)会通过影响社交媒体倦怠(负担)进而影响社交媒体不持续使用意向(结果),社交媒体倦怠在社会交往压力源与结果之间发挥着中介作用。最后,社交媒体自我效能感也会影响社交媒体倦怠与社交媒体不持续使用意向的关系,在两者之间发挥着调节作用。
With the large number of strangers become WeChat contacts and the enhancement of the awareness of privacy protection,more and more users are tired of social media. In order to understand the causes and effects of social media fatigue,this paper takes WeChat Moments as an example and uses questionnaire survey method to collect first-hand empirical data(N = 486),from the perspective of social interaction stress,based on the Stressor-Strain-Outcome(SSO) framework,building stressors of social interaction,social media fatigue and the unsustainable use intention of social media model.The study finds that social overload and information overload stressors have positive effects on social media fatigue,while privacy concerns and negative social comparison have no effect on social media fatigue. In addition,social overload,information overload and privacy concern(Stressor) can affect social media fatigue(Strain) and thus affect social media non-sustainable use intention(Outcome),that is,social media fatigue plays a mediating role between social interaction stressors and outcomes.Finally,social media self-efficacy also affects the relationship between social media fatigue and the unsustainable use intention of social media,and plays a moderating role between them.
