摘要
[目的/意义]旨在探究在线健康社区中用户主观知识隐藏行为的形成路径,对在线健康社区的用户管理和服务运营等具有积极意义。[方法/过程]从使能和抑能的双重分析视角出发,以计划行为理论、解释水平理论和社会交换理论为基础梳理出影响因素,提出研究假设并构建研究模型。以"好大夫在线""寻医问药网""39健康网"等在线健康社区为数据来源,通过"情境实验+调查问卷"的方式获取380份有效样本数据并利用SmartPLS 2. 0检验理论模型。[结果/结论]用户的感知隐私风险正向促进主观健康知识隐藏意愿,感知社交收益负向抑制主观健康知识隐藏意愿。隐私关注正向影响感知隐私风险,社区信任负向影响感知隐私风险。时间距离和社会距离均正向促进感知社交收益。健康共享自我效能负向抑制主观健康知识隐藏行为,主观健康隐藏意愿正向影响主观健康知识隐藏行为,健康知识素养对主观健康知识隐藏行为影响不显著。性别能调节感知隐私风险对主观健康知识隐藏意愿的影响,亦能调节健康共享自我效能对主观健康知识隐藏行为的影响。
[Purpose/significance]This paper aims to explore the path and internal mechanism of users＇ intentional knowledge hiding behavior in online health community,which may be meaningful for the user management and service operation of online health community. [Method/process] Based on the theory of planned behaviour,construal level theory,and social exchange theory,the paper finds the influential factors,proposes the research hypotheses,and constructs the research model from dual-perspective of enable and disenable. Multiple online health communities are selected as data sources,such as http：//www. haodf. com/,http：//www. xywy. com/and http：//www. 39. net/,etc. 380 valid samples are obtained by means of situational experiments and questionnaires. At the same time,SmartPLS2.0 is applied to test the proposed hypotheses and model. [Result/conclusion]Users＇ perceived privacy risk stimulates subjective health knowledge hiding intention,and perceived social benefits significantly reduce subjective health knowledge hiding intention. Privacy concerns positively influence perceived privacy risks,while community trust negatively affects perceived privacy risks. Temporal distance and social distance both stimulate the perceived social benefits. Health sharing self-efficacy has negative influence on subjective knowledge hiding behaviour,while subjective health knowledge hiding intention has positive influence on subjective health knowledge hiding behaviour,and health knowledge literacy is not significant to subjective health knowledge hiding behaviour. What＇s more,gender can moderate the effect of perceived privacy risk on subjective health knowledge hiding intention,as well as the effect of health sharing self-efficacy on subjective health knowledge hiding behaviour.
