摘要
目的:探讨鼻腔喷雾器冲洗在慢性鼻窦炎患者鼻内镜术后康复护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2014年6月-2015年3月我院耳鼻喉头颈外科收治的慢性鼻窦炎、行鼻窦内窥镜手术治疗的患者68例。采用随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,观察组36例,对照组32例。对照组患者使用一次性输液器冲洗鼻咽部,观察组患者使用鼻腔喷雾器进行鼻咽部冲洗。比较两组患者术后黏膜水肿、鼻塞等不适症状发生率及术后2个月临床疗效。结果:观察组患者鼻腔冲洗不适症状发生率显著低于对照组(P<O.05);术后2个月,观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后康复护理中使用鼻腔喷雾器冲洗,可以有效提升冲洗效果,减少术后不良症状的发生,改善治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of nasal spray irrigation in nasal endoscope postoperative rehabilitation of chronic sinusitis.Methods:Choice June 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital ear, nose, throat and head and neck surgery were chronic sinusitis and nasal sinus endoscopic surgery patients with 68 cases, divided them into control group and observation group, there were 36 cases of patients in observation group,32 cases of patients in control group.Single use infusion sets were used to nasal irrigation of patients in control group,while nasal spray irrigation were used to nasal irrigation of patients in observation group.Compare incidence of postoperative complication and clinical curative effect of two groups. Results:Incidence of postoperative complication of patients in observation group was significantly lower than that of patients in control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that of patients in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using nasal spray irrigation to nasal irrigation of patients,can effectively improve washing effect,reduce the occurrence of postoperative adverse symptoms, improve treatment effect.
