摘要
目的 研究分析无创正压通气在呼吸衰竭患者中的临床效果.方法 将本院2014年4月至2015年4月收治的74例呼吸衰竭患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各37例.对照组实施常规治疗,观察组实施无创正压通气治疗,比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果.结果 治疗前,两组患者的PaO2、PaCO2、pH指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后24 h,观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(91.89%vs.72.97%);PaO2、pH指标分别为(75.78±8.45) mmHg、(7.37±0.03),依次高于对照组的(63.14±7.65)mmHg、(7.29±0.02);PaCO2指标为(58.31±13.12) mmHg,低于对照组的(77.42±12.34) mmHg;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对呼吸衰竭患者实施无创正压通气治疗,可有效提升治疗的总有效率,改善患者的PaO2、PaCO2、pH指标水平,是有效的治疗方法,可推广应用.
Objective To analyze clinical effect of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation in patients with respiratory failure.Methods 74 cases of respiratory failure treated in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.Control group received conventional treatment,while observation group received noninvasive positive pressure ventilation treatment.The clinical results were compared after treatment.Results There were no statistically significant differences in PaO2,PaCO2,pH between two groups before treatment (P〉0.05).24 h after treatment,the total efficiency of observation group (91.89%) was higher than that of control group (72.97%);PaO2,pH of observation group were (75.78±8.45) mmHg,(7.37±0.03),followed by (63.14±7.65) mmHg,(7.29±0.02) of control group;PaCO2 was (58.31±13.12) mmHg,lower than (77.42± 12.34) mmHg of control group,with statistically significant differences (P〈0.05).Conclusion Noninvasive positive pressure ventilation for patients with respiratory failure,can effectively enhance the overall efficiency,improve patients' PaO2,PaCO2,pH levels,which is an effective treatment method,can be widely applied.
