摘要
海河平原农牧业生产源远流长,先秦时期即足以与关中、蜀中之“天府”相埒,秦汉时期,政局稳定,地方政府组织民众开垦出不少荒地,农业经济得以长足发展,为后代的继续提高奠定一个良好的基础。河淮间已沦为战场,曹魏、北朝政府尤其重视海河平原农业经济以对抗南方政权,从而使这一地区的农业生产继续得到发展。
Farming and animal husbandry on the Hehai plains can be traced to remote times in history. They were comparable to those of 'the land of abundance' of central Sichuan and central Shaanxi even in times before the Qin dynasty . During the politically stable periods of the Qin and Han dynasties, local governments had the farmers reclaim lots of wasteland so that agricultural economy developed fast and well and laid a good foundation for continued improvement by later generations. The Wei regime of Cao and the Northern dynasty gave special attention to the development of agricultural economy on the Hehai plains so as to fend the Southern regime. This precipitated agricultural production in the area.
