摘要
为减少井下传统燃油动力装载卡车排放污染,提出了一种新型矿用纯电动宽体车动力系统的新方案。该方案采用动力电池、电机驱动器和电机配套替代传统燃油发动机的动力方式,动力电池采用磷酸铁锂电池,电机采用永磁同步电机。整车控制系统在下坡制动时回收能量,并给电池充电,在上坡或平路时放电提供动能,实现能量循环利用,达到降低矿方运营成本及减少排放污染的目的。
In order to reduce emissions from conventional fuel-powered loading trucks downhole,a new scheme for mine pure electric wide-body vehicle power system is proposed. The scheme uses a power battery, a motor driver and a motor to replace the power mode of the conventional fuel engine. The power battery uses a lithium iron phosphate battery, and the motor uses a permanent magnet synchronous motor. The vehicle control system recovers energy during downhill braking and charges the battery. When the uphill or flat road is discharged, it provides kinetic energy to achieve energy recycling, which can reduce the operating cost of the mine and reduce the pollution.
