摘要
在现有车架结构尺寸一定的条件下,介绍电涡流缓速器在非公路矿用自卸车上的匹配计算和结构布置,选择合理的结构布置。针对现在国内非公路矿用自卸车安装电涡流缓速器,进行合理的计算,选择最佳的设计匹配方案。对电涡流缓速器的结构布置进行优化,使现在的非公路矿用自卸车性能得到不断的提升。
In the existing frame structure under certain conditions, the matching calculation and structure layout of eddy current retarder are introduced and choose a reasonable arrangement on off-highway dump truck.For domestic off-highway dump truck used in coal mine now installation of Eddy current retarder, reasonable calculation, and selected the design that best match programmes between eddy current retarder and automobile.The structure layout of eddy current retarder is optimized, so that the performance is constantly improving on off-highway dump truck.
