摘要
医院组织超声住院医师进行规范化培训,有利于提高住院医师的职业素养与专业水平,进而更好提高住院医师的工作效率,保证工作品质。现对苏州大学附属第二医院超声科23名住院医师进行22个月的规范化培训,同时采用疑难病例讨论制度作为理论支持,以此训练住院医师的临床思维逻辑,加深对工作岗位的认知,使其对疾病有更深认识。基于此,文章首先阐述疑难病例讨论制度的具体形式,然后分析该制度在超声住院医师规范化培训中存在的问题,最后着重讨论疑难病例讨论制度在超声住院医师规范化培训中的有效应用。希望借此不断提高住院医师的综合素质及专业能力,使其在今后的工作中拥有较强的岗位胜任力,以便将优质的医疗服务提供给广大患者,营造良好的医患关系,为医院树立良好的公共形象。
The standardized training of ultrasound residents organized by the hospital is beneficial for enhancing the professional qualities and expertise of residents,thereby improving their work efficiency and ensuring the quality of their work.This study focuses on 23 ultrasound residents at the Second Afhilated Hospital of Soochow University,who underwent 22 months of standardized training.A difficult case discussion system was implemented as theoretical support to train residents'clinical thinking and deepen their understanding of their roles,enabling them to gain a better insight into diseases.This paper first elaborates on the specific format of the difficult case discussion system,then analyzes the issues present in its application during the standardized training of ultrasound residents,and finally emphasizes the effective application of this system in the training process.It is hoped that this will continuously enhance the comprehensive quality and professional capabilities of the residents,enabling them to possess strong job competence in their future work,provide high-quality medical services to patients,foster a positive doctor-patient relationship,and lay a foundation for establishing an excellent public image for the hospital.
