摘要
选取海军军医大学第一附属医院2020级171名临床医学住院医师,按照随机数字法将其分为以授课为基础的学习法组和多种教学模式组,探讨云影像结合多种教学模式在住院医师规范化培训影像诊断学教学中的价值。教学成绩评估主要包括问卷调查和成绩考核两方面。采用单因素和多因素回归分析评价两种教学模式及教学成绩之间的相关性。单因素分析和多因素分析表明病例分析思路、病例分析结果、客观题和主观题与两种教学方式存在显著相关性。云影像结合多种教学模式教学法可以显著提高住院医师规范化培训影像诊断学的教学效果,值得推广。
171 clinical medical residents of Grade 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Naval Military Medical University are selected and divided into learning method group and multiple teaching mode group according to the random number method to explore the value of cloud image combined with multiple teaching modes in the teaching of image diagnostics in the standardized training of residents.Teaching achievement evaluation mainly includes questionnaire survey and achievement assessment.The correlation between the two teaching evaluation modes and multiple factors is analyzed.Single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis show that there is a significant correlation between case analysis ideas,case analysis results,objective questions and subjective questions and the two teaching methods.Cloud imaging combined with various teaching modes can significantly improve the teaching effect of image diagnostics in standardized training of residents,which is worthy of popularization.
