摘要
为克服临床医学专业《医学影像学》大班理论课教学出现的一些问题,在沿用传统讲授式教学方法的基础上,设计了以学生小组为单位、具有竞赛性质的"小讲课参与式教学法"随机对照研究方案。考试与调查结果表明,试验班学生成绩提高显著,学生对该方法比较认同(80.16%),验证了讲授式与参与式教学方法联合使用的可行性与有效性,值得在类似课程理论教学中推广。
In order to improve the effect of medical imaging education in specialty of clinical medicine,totol 145 students from class A in grade 2003 were divided into 24 teaching and learning groups, each group gave a lession,then an- swered other student's questions ,so that to produce a competitive atmosphere. The application showed obvious feasibility and acceptance(80. 16 %),as well as the effective testing performance.
