医院办公室工作人员管理中6S精益管理对工作质量的影响

摘要 目的探究6S精益管理应用于医院办公室工作人员管理中对工作质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2024年2月于扬中市人民医院办公室任职的9名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1月—2023年1月实施常规管理,纳入常规组;2023年2月—2024年2月实施6S精益管理,纳入观察组。对比不同管理模式对医院办公室工作人员工作质量、职业倦怠感及职业获益感的影响。结果观察组工作责任、技术水平、工作态度、工作文件评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组情绪耗竭评分为(10.01±1.04)分、去人格化评分为(9.22±1.05)分,均低于常规组的(11.15±1.01)分、(11.09±1.07)分,观察组个人成就感评分为(43.14±1.07)分,高于常规组的(42.01±1.03)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.359、3.742、2.283,P均<0.05)。观察组团队归属感、自身成长、亲友认同、正向职业感知评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院办公室工作人员进行6S精益管理模式,可提高工作质量及职业获益感,改善职业倦怠程度。 Objective To explore the impact of 6S lean management on the quality of work in the management of hos-pital office staff.Methods Nine staff members who working in the Department of Office of Yangzhong People's Hospi-tal from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to January 2023,the implementation of routine management was included in the routine group,and from February 2023 to February 2024,the implementation of 6S lean management was included in the observation group.The effects of different man-agement modes on the quality of work,job burnout and career benefit of hospital office staff were compared.Results The scores of work responsibility,technical level,work attitude and working documents in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The emotional ex-haustion score of the observation group was 10.01±1.04,and the depersonalization score was 9.22±1.05,which were lower than 11.15±1.01 and 11.09±1.07 of the routine group,the personal accomplishment score of the observation group was 43.14±1.07,which was higher than 42.01±1.03 of the routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.359,3.742,2.283,all P<0.05).The scores of team belonging,self-growth,family and friend identity and positive career perception in the observation group were higher than those in the routine group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The 6S lean management mode of hospital office staff can improve the quality of work and the sense of professional benefit,and the degree of job burnout is improved.
