摘要
目的研究以精细化为核心的管理理念在医院管理中的应用效果。方法选择射阳县人民医院在职的40名医务人员作为研究对象,以2022年1—12月实施常规管理为对照组,以2023年1—12月实施精细化管理为研究组,比较两组医院管理质量、医务人员工作质量、总满意度及不良事件发生率。结果研究组医疗安全、管理效能、医德医风、创新增效评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组病房环境管理、消毒隔离管理、安全管理、药物物品管理、工作效率评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组总满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率(2.50%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院管理中,运用以精细化为核心的管理理念可显著提升医院管理质量、医务人员工作质量及医务人员对管理内容的总满意度,降低不良事件发生率,取得较为理想的管理效果。
Objective To study the application effect of management concepts with refinement as the core in hospital management.Methods 40 medical staff working in Sheyang County People's Hospital were selected as the research subjects,with routine management implemented from January to December 2022 as the control group,and refined management implemented from January to December 2023 as the study group.The quality of hospital management,work quality of medical staff,overall satisfaction and incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of medical safety,management efficiency,medical ethics and style,and innovation and efficiency of the study group were better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Ward environmental management,disinfection and isolation management,safety management,drug and item management,and work efficiency scores were better in the study group than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse events in the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In hospital management,the application of management concepts with refinement as the core can significantly improve the quality of hospital management,the work quality of medical staff,and the overall satisfaction of medical staff with management content,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and achieve ideal management results.
