摘要
目的探讨6S管理小组在儿童门诊导医护理管理中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月无锡市儿童医院门诊一站式服务中心工作人员14名,2021年1月—2021年12月为管理前,采用常规管理方法;2022年1月—2022年12月为管理后,采用6S管理法。对儿童门诊导医台执行6S管理模式,观察比较6S管理前后的门诊导医护理质量评分及患儿家属护理满意度变化。结果6S管理后门诊导医的护理质量总评分为(35.21±2.41)分,显著高于6S管理前的(30.34±2.35)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6S管理后患儿家属的门诊导医护理满意度为97.92%,显著高于6S管理前的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将6S管理小组在儿童门诊导医护理管理中,能够有效提升门诊导医护理服务质量,从而提高患儿家属门诊导医护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of 6S management group in the management of guided care in children′s outpatient clinics.Methods From January 2021 to December 2022,14 staff members of one-station outpatient service center of Wuxi Children′s Hospital were selected From January 2021 to December 2021,conventional management methods was used before management;from January 2022 to December 2022,the 6S management method was used after management.The nursing quality scores of outpatient guidance doctors and the nursing satisfaction rate of children′s families were observed and compared before and after the management.Results The total nursing care quality score of outpatient clinic guides after 6S management was(35.21±2.41)points,which was significantly higher than that before 6S management(30.34±2.35)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of outpatient clinic guides′nursing care of children′s families after 6S management was 97.92%,which was significantly higher than that before 6S management(81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 6S management group can effectively improve the service quality of outpatient medical and nursing care in the management of children′s outpatient medical and nursing care,and thus improve the satisfaction rate of outpatient medical and nursing care of children′s families.
