摘要
为使科研仪器资源得到有效利用,增强区域科技创新能力,应用物联网电流感知技术改造区域性科研仪器共享平台,整体业务架构围绕仪器运行电流数据的采集、存储、分析、应用展开,通过电流数据分箱预处理、提取特征、建立仪器运行状态识别模型等方式,高置信度地逼近仪器真实运行机时,强化物联网运行数据挖掘利用,从考核评价、智慧管理、资源配置、供需对接等角度出发探索基于物联网技术的区域性仪器共享平台多元化应用场景。
In order to make more effective use of scientific research instrument resources and enhance regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities,the application of IoT current sensing technology to transform regional scientific research instrument sharing platforms was conducted.The overall architecture revolved around the collection,storage,analysis,and application of current data for scientific research instruments.Based on accumulated operating current data,the real runtime of instrument with high confidence was approached,through pre-processing by dividing the box,extracting features,and establishing instrument operation status recognition model.For the sake of strengthening the mining and utilization of IoT runtime data,diversified application scenarios of scientific research instrument sharing platforms were explored based on IoT technology from this standpoint such as instrument assessment,intelligent management,resource allocation,supply and demand docking.
