摘要
随着大型仪器设备数量的不断增长,共享管理的难度不断增加,如何优化仪器设备共享使用效率,提高共享经济效益,减轻管理负担,主动预警仪器设备异常使用的真实情况,以及COVID-19疫情防控环境下如何利用人工智能技术做好减少接触实验室安全管理工作,成为目前高校实验室大型仪器开放共享研究和发展的方向。结合作者所在学校目前的实验室仪器设备管理方式和实践管理经验,面对现行高校大型仪器设备管理中的弊端和新形势下物联网技术应用的挑战,阐述学校建设仪器设备使用预警、人脸识别终端智能化取得的成果,旨在不断推进我国高校仪器设备开放共享工作的健康发展提供一定的参考。
With the number of large-scale instruments and equipment increasing,and the continuous difficulty in sharing management,it has become the research and development direction that university laboratories are focused to optimize the sharing efficiency of instruments and equipment,improve the sharing economic benefits,reduce the management burden,take the initiative to warn the abnormal use of instruments and equipment,and the use artificial intelligence technology to reduce exposure to laboratory safety management in the context of regular prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic.Combined with the current management mode,practical management experience of laboratory instruments and equipment in authors’university,in the face of the disadvantages in the current management of large-scale instruments and equipment in universities and the challenges of the application of the Internet of Things technology under the new situation,this paper elaborates the achievements brought about by the early warning of the use of instruments and equipment and the intellectualization of face recognition terminals in our university,aiming to offer reference for continuously promoting the healthy development of the opening and sharing of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities in our country.
