摘要
随着智慧物流产业的快速发展,培养更多高层次物流技术技能人才已成为职业本科院校开设本科层次现代物流管理专业的主要选择。从人才培养目标、基本学制、课程设置、教学环节设计等方面对比分析多国同类院校现代物流管理专业人才培养方案,发现各国人才培养方案侧重点各异,如注重全流程复杂问题解决、多学科交叉融合课程设置、多元化实践环节设计、职业资格衔接等。结合我国职业教育本科层次现代物流管理专业人才培养现状,从精准定位人才培养目标、优化课程体系、创新人才培养模式、拓展国际视野等方面提出了人才培养对策建议。
With the rapid development of the smart logistics industry,cultivating more high-level and skillful logistics technology talents has become the main choice for vocational undergraduate colleges to set up undergraduate level modern logistics management program.This paper compares and analyzes the talent cultivation plans of modern logistics management program in similar colleges in many countries from the aspects of talent cultivation objectives,length of schooling,curriculum design,and teaching design.The research finds that different countries have different priorities in talent cultivation programs,such as focusing on the whole process of complex problem solving,interdisciplinary integration of curriculum design,diversified design of practice mode,professional qualification connection,etc.Based on the current situation of talent cultivation in modern logistics management at the undergraduate level of vocational education in China,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for talent cultivation from the aspects of precise positioning of talent cultivation objectives,optimizing curriculum system,innovating talent cultivation mode,and expanding international vision.
