可调高式无砟轨道结构研究

Research on Height-adjustable Ballastless Track Structure

摘要 针对无砟轨道基础变形适应能力小的难题,提出一种可调高式无砟轨道结构,由“扣件+垫板”组成,能够灵活调节轨道结构高度,主动适应轨下基础变形。建立可调高式无砟轨道结构整体受力分析有限元模型,分析轨道结构合理尺寸;建立轨道局部受力计算模型,分析垫板厚度变化的影响及锚固螺栓受力状态。结果表明:轨枕块高度为200 mm,埋深为140 mm时,各部件受力较小;通过更换不同厚度的垫板能够实现轨道结构0~60 mm的垂向调整量;锚固螺栓能够正常工作,满足强度设计要求。 In view of the low adaptability to ballastless track foundation deformation,this paper proposes a height-adjustable ballastless track system consisting of“fastening+pad”,which can flexibly adjust the height of track structure and actively adapt to sub-rail foundation deformation.This paper establishes a finite element model for overall stress analysis of height-adjustable ballastless track structure to analyze the reasonable size of track structure,and establishes a calculation model for local stress of track to analyze the influence of pad thickness change and the stress state of anchor bolts.The results indicate that when the height of sleeper block is 200 mm and the burial depth is 140 mm,the stress on each component is small;by replacing pads with different thicknesses,the vertical adjustment of track structure from 0 to 60 mm can be realized;anchor bolts can work normally and meet the strength design requirements.
