摘要
为解决目前隧道病害整治中衬砌开槽效率低的现状,文章针对性地提出了采用组合式刀具对衬砌混凝土进行一次切削成槽的技术方案,并以金刚石锯片间距、切削深度、进给速度以及混凝土强度等关键参数对一次切削成槽过程的影响规律进行了试验研究。实验结果验证了组合式锯片在刀具间距布置合理的情况下实现一次混凝土切削成槽作业是可行的,并得到了组合式刀具的载荷特征、成槽宽度影响因素、切槽效果影响因素,并提出了组合式刀具最优技术参数。组合式刀具应用于病害整治机械后,经施工现场应用试验,实现了既有隧道病害整治一次切削成槽,经与人工开槽作业效率进行对比,机械开槽作业效率是人工作业效率的6倍左右,效率优势明显,且用工方面节省人员75%,经济效益显著。
To address the current low efficiency of lining slotting in the treatment of tunnel diseases,The article proposes a mechanized equipment scheme that uses combined of cutting tools to cut the lining concrete on one-time slot cutting.And experimental research was conducted on the influence of key parameters such as diamond saw blade spacing,cutting depth,feed speed,and concrete strength on the process of one-time slot cuting.Verified the feasibility of using combined of cutting tools to achieve a concrete slot cuting operation with reasonable tool spacing arrangement.And obtained the load characteristics of the combined tool,factors affecting the cutting width,and factors affecting the cutting effect.The optimal technical parameters of the combined cutting tool were also proposed.After the application to disease treatment machinery,the combined cutting tools realized the one-time slot cutting of tunel lining in field application test.Compared with the efficiency of manual slotting operation,the effciency of mechanical slotting operation is about 6 times that of manual operation,and save 75%of personnel in terms of employment.Which can achieve high efficiency and significant economic benefits.
