摘要
目的分析中医呼吸内科临床教学中基于问题的教学法(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年9月福建省第二人民医院呼吸内科实习生60名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30名。对照组采用CBL,观察组采用CBL联合PBL教学法,对比两组实习生的考试成绩、自主学习能力、对学习的兴趣、沟通交流能力、对教学方法的满意度、对教学质量的评分。结果观察组考试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力、对学习的兴趣、沟通交流能力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学方法的总满意度100.00%(30/30)高于对照组的70.00%(21/30)(P<0.05);观察组对教学质量的评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医呼吸内科见习教学中,CBL联合PBL教学法可以有效提高学生临床案例分析能力和理论学习效果,也可以增强学生的自主学习能力和沟通能力,值得大力推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in clinical teaching of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 60 interns who were interned in Department of Respiratory Medicine of Fujian Province Second People’s Hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group of 30 cases and observation group of 30 cases according to the random number table method.The control group adopted case teaching method,and the observation group adopted CBL teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode.The test scores,autonomous learning ability,interest in learning,communication ability,satisfaction with teaching methods,and teaching quality scores of the two groups of interns was compared.Results The test scores of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The ability of autonomous learning,interest in learning and com-munication in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of teaching methods in the observation group was 100.00%(30/30),which was higher than that in the control group(70.00%,21/30)(P<0.05).The teaching quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the probationary teaching of respiratory medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,CBL teaching method combined with PBL teaching mode can effectively improve students’clinical case analysis ability and theoretical learning effect,and can also increase students’autonomous learning ability and communication ability,which is worth vigorously promoting this teaching method.
