摘要
采集大唐不夜城景区评论数据,基于Nvivo和Gephi软件对评论文本进行量化分析。根据三个发展阶段、三个评价等级、六个评论时间段对评论进行分组描述,对评论高频关键词与关键词共现网络进行了分析和比较。通过在线评论文本挖掘与分析,以期为大唐不夜城景区服务水平优化提升提供参考。
Collecting data on the comments of the Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-Bright City,and quantitatively analyzing the comment text using Nvivo and Gephi software.Based on three development stages,three evaluation levels,and six comment time periods,comments were grouped and described,and high-frequency keywords and keywords co-occurrence networks were analyzed and compared.Through online comment text mining and analysis,in order to provide reference for optimizing and improving the service level of Grand Tang Dynasty Ever-Bright City.
