摘要
2019年以来,夜间经济作为我国“激发新一轮消费升级潜力”的重要举措被提升到战略层面,可以预见,未来我国夜间经济会迎来爆发式增长并成为常态化的经济形式。文章基于经济学理论,提出夜间经济运行要素的概念,通过对国内外关于夜间经济研究对象的抽象概括和归纳分类,得出夜间经济运行主要包括六类要素,分别是夜间经济管理、夜间经济业态、夜间经济利益主体、夜间经济集聚空间、夜间经济规划及夜间经济评价。同时文章尝试探讨夜间经济运行要素的内涵、功能和结构特征,并从系统论视角分析夜间经济运行要素之间互相关联、互相支撑、互相制约的作用机制。
Since 2019,the nighttime economy has been promoted as an important strategy of“further unleashing consumption potential and promoting consumption upgrading”.Obviously,the nighttime economy will experience explosive growth in the future.Based on the theory of economics,this paper puts forward the concept of the elements of nighttime economic operation.Considering the research object of former studies at home and abroad,we further conclude that nighttime economic operation mainly includes six elements,namely,nighttime economic management,nighttime economic forms,stakeholders of nighttime economic activities,clustering space of nighttime economy,nighttime economic planning,and nighttime economic evaluation.In addition,we explore the connotation,function and structural characteristics of the elements of nighttime economic operation,and analyzes the interaction mechanism among these elements from the perspective of system theory.
