英美著名高校的生成式人工智能政策及其启示 被引量:5

Generative Artificial Intelligence Policies of Famous Universities in Britain and the United States and Their Implications

摘要 生成式人工智能(Generative Artificial Intelligence,GenAI)的涌现和快速发展,对教育系统产生了猛烈的冲击,高校如何应对GenAI在校园中的使用成为焦点问题。对此,文章梳理了英美50所著名高校针对GenAI使用的相关政策、方针和指南文本,从学校总体态度、政策颁布主体、发展性指导、监管性指导四个维度进行了政策文本分析,以解答英美著名高校如何应对生成式人工智能的问题。在此基础上,文章从学校决策、组织管理、人员培养、学术诚信、信息安全等层面,探讨了英美著名高校GenAI政策对我国高校的启示,以期为我国高校适时推出生成式人工智能管理办法提供参考与指导。 The emergence and rapid development of generative artificial intelligence(GenAI)have had a violent impact on the education system,and how universities deal with the use of GenAI on campus has become a focus issue.Accordingly,this paper sorted out the relevant policies,guidelines,and guide texts of 50 famous universities in Britain and the United States for the use of GenAI,and analyzed the policy texts from four dimensions of the overall attitude of universities,the subject of policy promulgation,the developmental guidance,and the regulatory guidance,to address the question of how these famous universities in Britain and the United States respond to GenAI.Based on this,the paper discussed the enlightment of GenAI policies of famous universities in Britain and the United States to Chinese universities from the aspects of school decision-making,organization management,personnel training,academic integrity,and information safety,which was expected to provide reference and guidance for Chinese universities to timely launch management methods of GenAI.
