摘要
人工智能技术的快速发展,将对人们的工作和生活产生巨大影响。人工智能的出现要求教师工作从创造性和关爱性两个维度进行调整和改善。反观当前我国中小学教师的工作状态,却比较明显地呈现出机械式、重复性、常规性等特征,而少有表现为挑战性、探究式、创造性和关爱性的工作状态。显然,中小学教师的这种工作状态无法适应人工智能技术对教师工作的挑战,这使人类教师面临着被替代的潜在风险。另一方面,教师绩效工资的相关研究普遍认为,应当强化绩效工资的激励作用,而这种激励作用实际上令教师的工作更容易处于重复性、常规性的状态,也就是更容易被人工智能所替代的状态。因此,这种强化绩效激励的研究导向是令人担忧的。与此相反,本研究倡导开展更多关于如何激发教师创造性与关爱性的研究,这方面的研究可以从人本主义思想中寻求理论支持。本文建议,在未来的研究中,教育经济学对教师激励的研究主题应当做出相应的转变和调整。
The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence technology will have a great impact on people’s work and life,which also requires teachers to improve their work from two dimensions of creativity,love and compassion.The working state of primary and secondary school teachers in our country is obviously mechanical,repetitive and conventional,but rarely challenging,exploratory and creative.In fact,this phenomenon is partially due to the fact that Performance Pay Stimulates teachers’external motivation but restricts their internal motivation.Therefore,more humanistic researches on teachers’creativity and education are needed.In the future,researchers studying educational economics should make corresponding changes and adjustments to the research theme of teachers.
