摘要
ChatGPT是基于Transformer算法的对话式大型语言模型(LLM),本研究以技术接受模型作为理论基础,对中央民族大学190名新闻传播类专业的学生进行了问卷调查,旨在探究学生对ChatGPT的认知、态度及影响他们行为倾向的因素。研究发现,学生的信任水平、自我效能感对ChatGPT的态度都有显著的正向影响,态度、感知易用性和主观规范对ChatGPT的行为倾向有显著的正向影响。人机共生将成为一种普遍的社会场景,传媒业面临人机协作转型升级的挑战。未来,有必要构建积极人机协作下的知识生产共同体;设置人机协作任务完成跨学科、跨领域的内容生产;人机共生时代更要解放学生的主体性,注重激发学生的创造力,培养学生的批判思维,鼓励学生扎根田野,发展社会学想象。
ChatGPT is a conversational large language model(LLM)based on the Transformer algorithm.This study employs the Technology Acceptance Model as its theoretical foundation and conducts a survey among 190journalism and communication students at the Minzu University of China.The aim is to investigate the students’perceptions,attitudes,and the factors influencing their behavioral intentions towards ChatGPT.The research found that the students’level of trust and self-efficacy have a significant positive impact on their attitudes towards ChatGPT.Furthermore,the factors including attitudes,perceived ease of use,and subjective norms significantly influence the behavioral intentions towards ChatGPT.A symbiotic human-machine relationship will become a common societal scenario,and the media industry faces the challenge of transformation and upgrading through human-computer collaboration.In the future,it is necessary to build a community of knowledge production under positive human-machine collaboration;set interdisciplinary and cross-field content production tasks for human-computer collaboration;in the era of human-computer symbiosis,it is even more critical to liberate student subjectivity,focus on stimulating student creativity,cultivating critical thinking,encouraging students to root themselves in fieldwork,and developing sociological imagination.
