摘要
目的观察病毒性心肌炎患者实施综合护理干预的效果,为病毒性心肌炎患者制订临床护理方案提供参考。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月高唐县人民医院收治的病毒性心肌炎患者120例为研究对象,运用电脑随机分组法分为对照组和观察组各60例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预。比较两组护理效果、护理前后生活质量评分。结果观察组护理总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.9259,P<0.05)。护理前,两组各项生活质量评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组各项生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效改善病毒性心肌炎患者的护理效果,提升患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with viral myocarditis,in order to provide reference for the development of clinical nursing plans of patients with viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 120 patients with viral myocarditis admitted to Gaotang County People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group using computer random grouping method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing effect and quality of life scores befor and after nursing of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation groupwas 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.9259,P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significant dfferences in the various quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the various quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions could effectively improve the nursing effect of patients with viral myocarditis,enhance their quality of life,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
