摘要
病毒性脑炎属中医温病范畴,薛师倡导温病辨证分为卫气营血四个阶段。宜采用辛凉宣透,清热祛暑,佐以解毒凉血,予新加香薷饮、升降散、六一散、片仔癀加减而一剂热退;总结薛师在外感热病中用药特点:重视卫气营血辨证、重"截断扭转"、重时令;用药轻灵;善用升降散。
Viral encephalitis belongs to the category of febrile diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Professor Xue advocates that the syndrome differentiation of viral encephalitis in children should be divided into four stages: weifen, qifen, yingfen and xuefen. Moreover, he often adopts the treatments of clearing heat with pungent and cool- natured drugs, clearing summer-heat, removing toxicity and cooling blood. He prefers to prescribe Xiangru Drink, Shengjiang Powder, Liuyi Powder and Pien Tze Huang, while modificates according to symptoms. Generally, he attaches importance to syndrome differentiation of weifen, qifen, yingfen and xuefen, truncation and reversal of the disease, season of the disease, always use the herbs which are light and easy to be dispersed, and is good at prescribing Shengjiang powder.
