摘要
目的探究MOS-SF36、WHOQOL-100生活质量量表(简称量表)评估老年人群健康状况的效果及价值。方法采用现况调查研究法对社区150名老人进行普查,利用MOS-SF36、WHOQOL-100两种量表对老年人进行问卷调查,分析两种量表评估老年人健康状况的信度及效度。结果与未患慢性病患者比较,患慢性病患者MOS-SF36量表8个维度评分均较高,WHOQOL-100量表的6个领域评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MOS-SF36量表各维度的克隆巴赫信度(Cronbach’sα)系数均>0.7,而WHOQOL-100量表各领域的Cronbach’sα系数均<0.7。效度方面,MOS-SF36量表的累积方差贡献率及相关系数均高于WHOQOL-100量表(P<0.05)。结论MOS-SF36和WHOQOL-100生活质量量表均可用于老年人健康状况评估,但MOS-SF36量表具有更高的信度和效度,更适合用于老年人健康状况的评估。
Objective To evaluate the effect and value of the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(MOS-SF36)and world health organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)in assessment of health status of older people.Methods The health survey was conducted in 150 older people in the community.MOS-SF36 and WHOQOL-100 were used to evaluate the health state.The reliability and validity of MOS-SF36 and WHOQOL-100 were analyzed.Results Compared with the people without chronic diseases,the scores of 8 dimensions of MOS-SF36 and 6 domains of WHOQOL-100 were higher in patients with chronic diseases(P<0.05).The Cronbach’sαreliability coefficient was>0.7 for each dimension of the MOS-SF36,while Cronbach’sαreliability coefficient for all domains of the WHOQOL-100 was<0.7.The contribution rate and correlation coefficient of MOS-SF36 were significantly higher than those of WHOQOL-100(P<0.05).Conclusion Both MOS-SF36 and WHOQOL-100 may be used to assess the health status of older people,but MOS-SF36 exhibits higher reliability and validity,which is more suitable for measuring the health status of older people.
