公司孵化器如何构建创业生态系统——基于“动因—行为—结果”分析框架 被引量:9

How do Corporate Incubators Build an Entrepreneurial Ecosystem?Based on the Analysis Framework of“Motivation-action-result”

摘要 数字经济背景下,公司孵化器作为母体企业吸引、支持和催化创业企业的一种重要形式,已成为理论界和实践界共同关注的重要对象,然而现有研究忽视了对公司孵化器构建创业生态系统过程机理的深入探讨。本研究基于“动因—行为—结果”分析框架,选取海创汇进行纵向单案例研究,探讨公司孵化器构建创业生态系统的过程机理。研究发现:(1)公司孵化器构建的创业生态系统呈现出内部单向赋能系统—开放式双向赋能系统—多方联动协同生态系统的动态演进过程;(2)在构建创业生态系统的过程中,公司孵化器动态调整资源行动策略,历经资源拼凑—资源编排—资源协奏的阶段性演化过程;(3)公司孵化器在构建创业生态系统的过程中,均受母体企业与市场环境的合力驱动,但在各阶段具有差异性,呈现出母体企业创业驱动与市场创新环境驱动—母体企业产业驱动与市场竞争环境驱动—母体企业生态驱动与市场合作环境驱动的演化过程。据此,本研究提出的公司孵化器构建创业生态系统过程机理模型,深化了创业生态系统的构建过程研究,对公司孵化器主导的创业生态系统建设具有启发和指导意义。 In recent years,more and more large enterprises have devoted themselves to the construction of corporate incubators,which have become an important means for large enterprises to start a quadratic curve.As an intermediary for resource exchange,corporate incubators have closer connections with other stakeholders and can build an entrepreneurial ecosystem through continuous dynamic resource allocation.However,the existing research still lacks a micro perspective to explore the process mechanism of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem from the perspective of corporate incubators.Specifically,there is a lack of systematic interpretation and in-depth exploration in the existing research on how entrepreneurial ecosystems are formed and the important roles that corporate incubators play in building entrepreneurial ecosystems.Based on this,this study conducts a longitudinal single case study on HCH,a typical representative of corporate incubators,to deeply interpret the core issue of“how to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem of corporate incubators”.Specifically,based on the“motivation-action-result”analysis framework,this study provides a detailed analysis of the process mechanism of corporate incubators building entrepreneurial ecosystems through resource actions driven by the joint efforts of the parent enterprise and market environment.The case analysis found that,firstly,in the process of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem for corporate incubators,each stage is driven by the combined forces of the parent enterprise and the market environment,which is reflected in the evolution process of the parent enterprise’s entrepreneurial and market innovation environment,the parent enterprise’s industrial and market competition environment,and the parent enterprise’s ecological and market cooperation environment.Secondly,in the process of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem,corporate incubators will dynamically adjust the focus of resource action strategies based on changes in the internal and external environment.Their resource actions undergo a phased evolution process of resource bricolage,resource orchestration and resource coordination,and each stage presents a new mode of resource action.Thirdly,the entrepreneurial ecosystem constructed by the corporate incubator presents a dynamic evolution process from an internal unidirectional empowerment system to an open bidirectional empowerment system to a multi-party collaborative ecosystem.Compared to the existing literature,this study has made contributions in the following three aspects:firstly,based on the analysis framework of“motivation-action-result”,this study summarizes the process mechanism model of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem for corporate incubators,and responds to the core issue of how corporate incubators build an entrepreneurial ecosystem.Secondly,based on a micro perspective,this study deepens the research on the construction process of entrepreneurial ecosystems,opens up the“black box”of the process of building entrepreneurial ecosystems in corporate incubators,deconstructs the dynamic evolution mechanism of entrepreneurial ecosystems from an internal unidirectional empowerment system to an open bidirectional empowerment system to a multi-party collaborative ecosystem,and further extends the research on the construction process of entrepreneurial ecosystems.Thirdly,this study explores the evolution process of resource actions in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem for corporate incubators,expands the research on the relationship between resource actions and entrepreneurial ecosystems,interprets the driving factors of resource actions at different stages,and deepens the research and application of resource-action theory.This study reveals the inherent mechanism of building an entrepreneurial ecosystem through corporate incubators,which is helpful to provide theoretical reference for the construction of entrepreneurial ecosystem led by corporate incubators.It has important enlightening significance for multiple entities such as large enterprises and start-up enterprises to achieve value co-creation through interactive relationships.
