摘要
体育教师专业素养评价指标体系是新课程标准下体育与健康课程改革与发展学生素养的重要课题。运用文献法、德尔菲法以及层次分析法构建出体育教师专业素养评价指标体系,该体系包含“品行素养、知识素养、能力素养”3个一级指标维度,11个二级指标,以及36个三级指标。研究所构建的评价指标体系具有一定的科学性、适用性及可操作性,旨在为提升体育教师专业素养和打造高质量的师资队伍指明方向。
The evaluation index system of physical education(PE)teachers’professional quality is an important research topic for health curriculum reform and the development of students’quality under the“new curriculum standard”.Constructed by means of literature method,Delphi Method and analytic hierarchy process,it includes 3 first-level indicators of“moral literacy,knowledge literacy and literacy competence”,11 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators.With a certain degree of scientificity,applicability and operability,the system suggested by this research aims at setting the right direction for improving the professional quality of PE teachers and fostering high-quality teachers.
