摘要
贞顺观念在汉代的确立与发展,是官方规范和民间社会共同参与的结果。汉代官方希望将女性纳入贞顺规范中,但对贵族女性与普通女性采取了不同的方法。作为发挥教化作用的贞女故事,官方与民间设计重点有所不同。官方贞女故事常见情礼冲突,而民间贞女故事充满想象力的情感设计,冲淡了官方故事中情礼对立的困境,使其获得了更强的感染力与更广的传播度。官方律令针对女性淫妒等越轨行为虽有相应的惩罚措施,但社会上存有许多律令难以界定的复杂情状,对此民间医方中却有针对女性的止(验)淫术与疗妒方,简单易操且迎合社会需求。汉代律令与医方中对女性淫妒行为的惩处矫治并非只是压制束缚女性,更具有建构与规范贞顺观念的功能。规训与惩罚是塑造社会规范、制造社会观念过程中的一体两面。
The establishment and development of the concept of chastity and obedience in Han Dynasty was not only because of the governmental promoting,but also closely related to the needs and promotion of the common people.Han officials wanted to incorporate all women into the norm of chastity and obedience,but aristocratic women were treated differently from ordinary women.In order to exert its function of enlightenment,the emphasis of official and folk design of the virgin story is different.The conflict of affection and ceremony is common in the official virgin stories,while the imaginative emotional design of the folk virgin stories has diluted the dilemma of the opposition of affection and courtesy in the official stories,making them more infectious and widely spread.The official laws have corresponding punishment measures for deviant behaviors such as female sexual desire and jealousy,but for many complex situations that are difficult to be defined by the law and decree,there are some folk medical prescriptions for women to stop adultery and jealousy,which are easy to operate and meet the needs of society.In Han Dynasty,the punishment and correction of women's jealous behavior in law and medicine was not only to suppress and restrain women,but also to construct and standardize the concept of virginity.The discipline and punishment are two integral aspects in shaping social norms and constructing social concepts.
