摘要
作为社会组织的高校基金会在链接社会资源与服务高等教育建设中,逐渐形成了社会化与行政化的双重运行逻辑。为阐释与解读此现象,本文选择高校基金会建设中普遍关注的结构和行动两个维度构建分析框架,分析高校基金会在社会化与行政化双重逻辑下的现实表征;从制度主义与资源依赖角度对高校基金会的双重逻辑成因进行分析。在双重逻辑的整合形塑下,高校基金会在结构与行动维度上形成了“向外社会化与向内行政化”分离样态以及合法性与资源获取上的整合样态,分离与整合共同构成了双重逻辑下的高校基金会发展模式。
As a social organization,university foundation gradually forms the dual operation logic of socialization and administration in the process of linking social resources and serving the construction of higher education.In order to explain and interpret this phenomenon,we choose the two most general dimensions of“structure”and“operation”in the construction of university foundations to construct an analysis framework,and analyze the realistic representation of the dual logic of socialization and administration of university foundations under the two dimensions;this paper analyzes the causes of the dual logic of university foundations from the perspective of institutionalism and resource dependence.Under the integrated structure of dual logic,the separation of“outward socialization and inward administration”and the integration of legitimacy and resource acquisition have been formed in the dimensions of university foundation structure and operation.Separation and integration constitute the development model of university foundation under dual logic.
