摘要
为分析国外引进的9个罗勒品种与福建地方罗勒品种挥发油成分及含量的差异,发掘福建地方罗勒品种的特有成分,利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了9个国外引进的罗勒品种和1个福建地方罗勒品种的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)进行分析鉴定。结果表明:10个品种共鉴定出90种化学成分,主要为醇类、萜烯类、酯类等化合物;国外9个品种中有7个品种相对含量最高成分均为芳樟醇,另外2个品种相对含量最高成分分别为异丁香烯(32.06%)和甲基丁香酚(14.56%),福建地方罗勒品种相对含量最高的挥发性成分为肉桂酸甲酯(42.96%);与9个国外引进品种相比,福建地方品种挥发油特有成分有5种,分别为肉桂酸甲酯(42.96%)、苯甲醛(0.60%)、D-柠檬烯(0.53%)、顺-菖蒲萜烯(0.43%)和(6,6-二甲基双环[3.1.1]羟基-2-烯-2-基)甲基碳酸乙酯(0.41%);10个品种可分为3种化学型,福建地方罗勒品种以肉桂酸甲酯为主要化合物,与国外品种亲缘关系较远。综上结果表明,福建地方罗勒品种与9个国外引进品种存在较大差异,肉桂酸甲酯是其主要特有成分,也是该品种相对含量最高的成分。福建地方罗勒品种具有广阔的市场前景和开发利用价值。
To analyze the differences in the composition and content of volatile oils from nine imported basil varieties and Fujian local basil varieties,the unique components of Fujian local basil varieties,the volatile oils of nine imported basil varie-ties,and one Fujian local basil cultivar were extracted via the steam distillation method in this study and analyzed and identi-fied via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The results were as follows:90 chemical constituents were identi-fied from ten varieties,mainly alcohols,terpenes,esters,and other compounds.Linalool was the highest relative content component in seven of nine foreign varieties.Isocaryophillene(32.06%)and methyl eugenol(14.56%)were the highest in the other two varieties.The relative content of methyl cinnamate(42.96%)was the highest in the Fujian local basil vari-ety.Compared with the nine imported varieties,there were five kinds of volatile oil-specific components in the Fujian local basil variety,which were methyl cinnamate(42.96%),benzaldehyde(0.60%),D-limonene(0.53%),cis-calamanene(0.43%),and(6,6-dimethylbicyclo[3.1.1]hept-2-en-2-yl)methyl ethyl carbonate(0.41%).The ten varieties can be divided into three chemical types.The Fujian local basil variety contains methyl cinnamate as the main compound and has a distant relationship with imported basil varieties.Overall,there are large differences between the Fujian local basil variety and nine imported varieties.Methyl cinnamate is the unique component of the Fujian local basil variety,and the relative content of this variety was the highest.It has broad market prospects and development and utilization value.
